174 Myanmar citizens fly home from Jordan

The 6th relief flight of Myanmar Airways International flew 174 citizens home from Jordan yesterday under the arrangement of Myanmar embassy in Tel Aviv. Those returnees were one from Sidney Apparel company, 11 from Rich Pine company, 14 from Century Miracle and 148 from Camel and Vega company.
On arrival at Yangon International Airport, officials from the Ministry of Labour, Immigration and Population, the Ministry of Health and Sports and the Yangon Region government helped the returnees for the 14-day quarantine at specific places or designated hotels after immigration processes and medical tests, followed by the 7-day home quarantine.
In accordance with the directives of the National-Level Central Committee on Prevention, Control and Treatment of COVID-19, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs is working with the relevant ministries and its embassies in respective countries for the repatriation of Myanmar citizens facing difficulties in those countries. —MNA
