22 Myanmar nationals return home from China via Lashio

A total of 22 Myanmar nationals: 13 males and 9 females came back home from China through Myanmar-China border yesterday.
Local authorities in Lashio of Northern Shan State helped the returnees back from China through Muse, Laukkai in Kokang Self-administered Zone and Chinshwehaw border town by transporting them to the respective regions by trains.
Among 22 people yesterday, four persons were from Sagaing Region, nine from Magway Region, four from Mandalay Region and another five from Bago Region respectively.
A total of 15,866 persons: 9,713 males and 6,153 females have returned to Myanmar from China through border crossings since 6 May. — Nan Thanda Oo (State IPRD) (Translated by Kyaw Zin Lin)
