Myanmar Construction Entrepreneurs Federation (MCEF) said in a statement on 17 September that it will sell over 30,000 tin roof sheets at discount 40 per cent lower than market price to donors and organizations which have helped in rehabilitation of flood-affected areas.
The statement says 30,000 of 4 angle roofing sheets in 0.348mm will be sold at K2500 per foot.
Donors, institutions and parahita associations can apply to MCEF by identifying what township is chosen and how many roof sheets they would donate and MCEF will sell in a first-come, first-served basis.
Donors can contact the general manager 09-266823226 and 09-893217109 at MCEF office, No.3 at the corner of Thanthumar Road and Waizayandar Road, Thingangyu Township in Yangon Region.
