3.7-magnitude earthquake hits Myanmar-China border, about 266 km from Mae Sai

Yangon, 14 June— A 3.7-magnitude earthquake erupted on the Myanmar-China border at about 8:40 a.m. Sunday, the Seismology Bureau of the Meteorological Department of Thailand announced.
It said the quake’s epicenter was about 266 kilometres northwest of Chiang Rai’s Mae Sai district and it was about 9 kiolmetres deep.—GNLM
