57th Myanma Gems Emporium continues into sixth day

The sixth day of the 57th Myanma Gems Emporium continued yesterday at Mani Yadana Jade Hall in Nay Pyi Taw.
Local and foreign gem merchants observed the displayed jade items in the hall and jade stones outside the hall.
A total of 700 jade lots from series 701 to 1400 lots were on sale through the open tender system, and 457 jade lots were sold out.
Then, local and foreign gemstone traders put their prices into tender boxes for jade lots from 1401 to 2000 for the seventh-day event.
Officials opened the tender boxes for 1401 to 2000 jade lots at 3 pm, and the sold-out jade lots will be announced at 8 am on 28 April.
A total of 330 pearl lots, 54 gemstone lots and 523 jade lots were sold to local and foreign gemstone merchants during previous event days.
The gems emporium brings benefits such as gemstone traders can run in their financial as normal, the finish-product business persons can get raw material, and the workers can grab job opportunities
The 57th Myanma Gems Emporium will be organized from 22 to 28 April by the Myanma Gems Emporium Organizing Central Committee to earn foreign income for the country and bring interest to the people. — MNA
