628 detainees released from Insein central prison

Released protesters are leaving for their homes.

A total of 628 protesters (360 males and 268 females) detained at Insein Central Prison under Section 505 (a) of the Penal Code for involving in the riots in Yangon Region were released yesterday morning and sent back to their respective townships.
Colonel Win Tint, a member of the Yangon Region Administrative Council, gave the released prisoners advice and sent them back to their respective townships by YBS vehicles. —MNA
