79 killed, 142 injured in fire outbreaks across Myanmar in 10 months

Fire outbreaks killed 79 people and injured 142 others nationwide in Myanmar in 10 months, according to the news report from the Ministry of Home Affairs.
Besides, about 8,210 animals were killed from the outbreak of fire.
Within 10 months period from January to October, about 172 cases were caused by the kitchen fire, 366 by negligence fire, 26 by itself, 390 by electric short-circuiting, 712 by arson and 131 by the forest fire.
The fires destroyed 4,167 houses, 34 factories, and 68 warehouses, with a loss of K32,064,332,800 in property damage.
In addition, the country has a lot of fire outbreaks, which killed 79 people and left 6,352 others homeless, Myanmar Fire Services Department stated.
Most of the fires were caused by carelessness, such as forgetting to put out cigarette butts, turn off ovens, or extinguish cooking fires.
