Electric vehicles will be sold by A Bank with the instalment loan service, and insurance protections will be provided together.
A Bank, A Insurance, and Amazing Auto had signed an agreement on 12 July to sell EVs with instalment loan service.
EVs can be purchased with the instalment loan service provided by A Bank, and the bank has announced that they will provide insurance protections for all types of EVs. In addition, A Insurance will also provide comprehensive insurance for EVs, just like motor vehicles.
The road and bridge usage fee has been relaxed by 100% for EVs on all roads and bridges in regions and states, other union roads, and roads and bridges operated by the BOT system, including the Yangon-Mandalay Expressway, from 1 April 2023 to 31 March 2025. — TWA/CT
