AIR KBZ resumes its flights to Kyaukpyu

Among the domestic flights halted because of the pandemic, the AIR KBZ will resume its flights three days a week to Kyaukpyu Township in Rakhine State, according to the AIR KBZ airline in Kyaukpyu Township.
The round trip Kyaukpyu-Yangon direct flights were started on 23 December 2020. Upon boarding the plane, the passengers need to produce the health certificates whose term is only 36 hours and wear face shields and masks.
The Public Health Department’s staff will conduct the COVID-19 tests on the passengers using standard Q COVID-19 antigen rapid diagnostic test (RDT) one day ahead at the religious building in Ah Lae Paing ward. It will cost K10,000 per person.
