Airbus A320-214 XY-ALJ joins MAI fleet

A new Airbus A320-214 XY-ALJ aircraft has joined the Myanmar Airways International fleet after flying from the Netherlands and landing at the Yangon International Airport yesterday morning.
The new aircraft which was added to the MAI fleet was welcomed with a water salute at the airline officials while the pilots who flew the plane from the Netherlands were greeted by MAI flights attendants with flowers.
The French made new aircraft has 8 Business Class seats and 162 Economy Class seats.
The MAI is the first and only airline in Myanmar which has received an IATA Operational Safety Audits (IOSA) certification.— Ye Yint Shine (Translated by Ei Phyu Phyu Aung )
