Speaker of Amyotha Hluttaw U Khin Aung Myint being seen off by officials at Yangon International Airport before departure for Thailand.

 A parliamentarian delegation led by Speaker of the Amyotha Hluttaw (Upper House) U Khin Aung Myint left for Thailand on Sunday afternoon at the invitation of the President of the National Assembly of Thailand Prof. Pornpetch Wichitcholchai. The Amyotha Hluttaw speaker and party were seen off at Yangon International Airport by Speaker of the Yangon Region Hluttaw U Sein Tin Win, Deputy Speaker U Tin Aung, Chairman of the Amyotha Hluttaw Political, Economic and Legal Affairs Commission U Myint Thein and officials of the Amyotha Hluttaw.
The speaker was accompanied by Chairman of the Amyotha Hluttaw Rescue and Care Committee Dr Khin Shwe, members of the Hluttaw Affairs Committee U Gam Sai, U Sai Tha Sein and U Kham Swim Mon, members of the Amyotha Hluttaw Political, Economic and Legal Affairs Commission U San Lwin and U Ko Ko Maung, and officials of the Amyotha Hluttaw Office.
