The Supreme Court of the Union will hear the cases for making decisions on the criminal cases and the civil cases whether should be brought before the court or not, and the writs for preliminary hearing via videoconferencing at Office 2 and 3 of the Supreme Court of the Union commencing 9:30 am on 21-12-2020.
The Supreme Court of the Union will continue hearings via videoconferencing until it issues any additional order after the National-Level Central Committee on Prevention, Control and Treatment of COVID lifted travel restrictions.
The list of cases for the hearing can be viewed on its website www.unionsupremecourt.gov.mm and its Facebook page of Public Relations www.facebook.com/ousc.publicrelations three weeks ahead.
Advocates and their clients of the respective cases must report on their absence from the appearance in videoconferencing five days ahead to the relevant departments, and these cases will be heard after removing travel restrictions of National-Level Central Committee on Prevention, Control and Treatment of COVID.
