Anti-human trafficking, drug elimination ceremony held in Myawady

A ceremony on activities to prevent the trafficking in persons and to achieve the elimination of narcotics was held at Tawya Monastery in Ward 4 of Myawady, Kayin State, on 23 November.
Commander of Township Police Force Police Aung Ngwe explained the purpose of the ceremony and endeavours of the Myanmar police force to combat human trafficking and narcotics.
Director Miss Siraporn Kaewsombat of Help Without Frontiers Foundation explained the cooperation of Thailand in Myawady-Mae Sot anti-human trafficking and drug elimination efforts.
Rays of Youth presented gifts to the police commander and local authorities.
