Appointment of Ambassador agreed on

president officeThe Government of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar has agreed to the proposed appointment of Mr. Ahmed Nuhu Bamalli as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Federal Republic of Nigeria to the Republic of the Union of Myanmar, with residence in Bangkok.
Mr. Ahmed Nuhu Bamalli was born in 1966. He received Law degree in 1989 and Master degree in International Affairs and Diplomacy in 2002 from Ahmadu Bello University. In 2015, he received a diploma in Organisational Leadership from Oxford University. In 1998, he joined the FSB International Bank Plc and served as Deputy Manager and was promoted as Senior Manager in 2004. He served as Assistant Director at Abuja Metropolitan Management Authority from 2006 to 2007 and as General Manager at Mobile Telecommunications Limited (MTEL) from 2007 to 2009. Then, he worked as Executive Director Corporate Services from 2011 to 2012 and as Acting Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer from 2012 to 2014 at Security Printing and Minting Plc.—Myanmar News Agency
