Aye Thanda Khaing secures gold medal in Asian Bodybuilding Championship in the Maldives

Aye Thanda Khaing, representing Myanmar, won a gold medal in the Asian Bodybuilding Championship held in the Maldives from 17 to 21 July.
She stood first in the women’s above 160-cm event on 18 July. Kyaw Min Than will compete in the men’s 55-kilo event, Ye Tun Naung 70-kilo event and Khin Maung Kyaw 80-kilo event on 19 July. Three male and three female athletes from the Myanmar Body building and Physique Sports Federation are competing in the championship. — Bala Soe/GNLM
