Bangladeshi Ambassador calls on DPM MoFA Union Minister

Deputy Prime Minister MoFA Union Minister U Than Swe receives Dr Md Monwar Hossain, Ambassador of Bangladesh, yesterday.

U Than Swe, Deputy Prime Minister and Union Minister for Foreign Affairs of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar, received Dr Md Monwar Hossain, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh to the Republic of the Union of Myanmar, in Nay Pyi Taw yesterday.
During the call, they cordially exchanged views on matters pertaining to the further consolidation of friendship and expansion of multi-sectoral cooperation between the two countries, continued collaboration to maintain peace and stability in the border area, as well as promotion of people-to-people exchanges between Myanmar and Bangladesh. — MNA
