Billboards erected in anti-drug campaign

Local authorities and police officers together with locals erect signboards in anti-drug campaign in Mandalay.

Signboards warning of the dangers of narcotics were erected on 1 and 2 June to coincide with the International Day against Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking in Aungmyethazan Township.
Authorities and local people erected posters in Nyaunggwe, Minte Ekin, Thiri Marlar, Thiri Mandalar bus terminal and Patheingyi township.
The ceremonies were attended by Commander of Mandalay District Police Force Police Lt-Col Sein Tun, Police Major DD Yaw Han of No 17 Anti-Drug Police Squad, Commander of Township Police Force Police Major Ko Ko Latt and officials.–Tin Maung (Mandalay)
