Following the coronavirus cases surging in Yangon Region, CB Bank has temporarily stopped its service in 24 branches in the region from 28 September, in line with its Business Continuity Plan, stated the bank notice.
They are CB Bank Pazundaung (Yaykyaw), Kyauktada (Merchant Road), Seikkantha Street, Sule Pagoda Road, Pabedan (Kon Zay Tan Street), Pabedan (Junction City), Latha (Anawyahtar Road), Lanmadaw (Nyaung Pin Lay market), corner of Bogyoke and Wahdan, Mingala Taungnyunt (Daw Thein Tin Street), Kamayut (Sinmalite), Hledan Centre, Kyimyindine (Thayettaw Road), Shwegondine (Yaytarshay Road), Dagon (Shwedagon Pagoda Road), Thingangyun (Waizayandar), Thakayta (Myintawthar Road), Tamway (Awba Street), East Horse Race Course Road, South Okkalapa (Myintha), North Okkalapa (Chauk Kwae), Thudamma Street, Dagon Myothit-North (Pyidaungsu Road) and Bayint Naung (Kyansitthar) branches.
The ATM of those branches as well as other ATM and CRM are still available 24 hours, together with CB Bank iBanking, CBPay and CB Bank Mobile Agents. The CB Bank has more than 90 branches in the region. It has been providing customer service in line with the health guidelines issued by the Ministry of Health and Sports. The CB Bank will keep offering a variety of banking services through Centralized Core Banking Systems in the remaining branches in the region.(Translated by Ei Myat Mon)
