Chairperson of the Independent Commission of Enquiry, former Deputy Foreign Minister of the Philippines, former Chair and current Representative of the Philippines to CEDAW, Ambassador Rosario Manalo and member of the commission, former Under-Secretary-General for Humanitarian Affairs and Emergency Relief Coordinator, former Permanent Representative of Japan to the United Nations Ambassador Mr. Kenzo Oshima departed from Yangon yesterday at 5:30 pm.
The Chairperson and member were seen off by Director-General of Strategic Studies and Training Department Daw Kay Thi Soe and responsible officials at Yangon International Airport.—MNA
