Commander-in-Chief of Defence Services Senior General Min Aung Hlaing urged the cadets to try to be reliable officers for their superiors and admirable officers for their inferiors at whatever places they are assigned duty at the graduation ceremony of the 56th Intake of Defence Services Academy in  PyinOoLwin on Friday.
Also present at the ceremony were wife of the commander-in-chief of Defence Services Daw Kyu Kyu Hla, Commander-in-Chief (Navy) Admiral Thura Thet Swe and wife, Commander-in-Chief (Air) General Khin Aung Myint and wife, senior officers of the Office of the Commander-in-Chief (Army) and wives, commanders and military attaches of foreign embassies in Myanmar.
Afterwards, the senior general received the salute of the graduating cadets and presented prizes to outstanding cadets including Cadet Win Myint Aung who won Best Cadet Award other outstanding cadets. Then, the senior general met with the four outstanding cadets and their parents.
In the evening, the senior general attended the graduation dinner of the cadets and warmly greeted the graduating officers before enjoying dinner with the graduating officers and their parents.—Myawady
