Contestant from Ayeyawady Region wins “Tu Shin Hnwal Pyaw Gita Pwal Taw” singing contest Season 2

The Grand Final event of the “Tu Shin Hnwal Pyaw Gita Pwal Taw” singing contest Season 2, which marks Diamond Jubilee Independence Day, was held at MRTV Studio A in Yangon yesterday.
After the singing contest, the artistes performed and sang group songs for the closing ceremony.
The “Tu Shin Hnwal Pyaw Gita Pwal Taw” singing contest Season 2 started on 2 September 2022 and lasted for 18 weeks and a total of 45 contestants participated in it. Three contestants representing Yangon Region, Nay Pyi Taw and Ayeyawady Region competed in match No 17 of the semi-finals held on 23 December and reached another level according to the marking scheme – 30 per cent of judges and 70 per cent of SMS voting.
At the Grand Final contest, academy award winner Daw Cho Pyone presented awardee Soe Htet Aung from Ayeyawady Region while the second prize winner Ma Htun Pa Pa Aung from Yangon Region by academy award winner Nay Aung and third prize winner Ma Pu Tuu by singer Khine Wah.
Then, other officials also gave prizes to other winners. — MNA/KTZH
