A coordination meeting on holding the second Inter-Ministries Htamane Making Competition and fun fair was held at the meeting hall of the Ministry of Information in Nay Pyi Taw yesterday.
At the meeting, Vice Chairman 1 of the Sterering Committee for holding second Inter-Ministries Htamane Making Competition and fun fair and Deputy Minister for Information U Aung Hla Tun discussed the first Htamane making competition held 19 February last year, and the second competition to be hold in Wunna Theikdi Stadium in Nay Pyi Taw like the first competition. The Deputy Minister invited all ministries and Union organizations to take part in the competition, and urged officials attending the coord meeting to discuss holding the competition successfully.
Deputy Permanent Secretary of MOI U Myint Kyaw explained the situation of the first competition and the plans of the second competition. It was followed by discussions from officials from Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of Home Affairs, Ministry of Defence, Ministry of Border Affairs, Ministry of Religious Affairs and Culture, Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Irrigation, Ministry of Transport and Communications, Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Conservation, Ministry of Electricity and Energy, Ministry of Labour, Immigration and Population, Ministry of Commerce, Ministry of Education, Ministry of Health and Sports, Ministry of Planning, Finance and Industry, Ministry of Investment and Foreign Economic Relations, Ministry of Construction, Ministry of Social Welfare, Relief and Resettlement, Ministry of Hotels and Tourism, Ministry of Ethnic Affairs and Nay Pyi Taw Development Committee.
