Coordination meeting held to initiate rehabilitation activities in Manaung

Brig-Gen Kyaw Kyaw Oo met officials at a coordination meeting to initiate restoration works for victims affected by the storm at the meeting hall of the Township General Administration Department in Manaung Township yesterday morning.
Taungup District Administrator U Kyaw Myint Hlaing, acting Chairman of the Township Administration Body Major Thurein Soe and members, township level departmental officials, businessmen attended the meeting.
Then, Brig-Gen Kyaw Kyaw Oo inspected the damaged schools in Manaung Township due to the storm and met with town elders, teachers and officials and coordinated soonest opening of the schools. Next, he paid homage to chair of township Sangha Nayaka Committee Bhaddanta Canda of the monastery in Kontan Village and donated rice and oil.
