COVID-19 medical devices for General Election imported from China

Medical devices for COVID-19 prevention imported from China and to be used in the 2020 General Election arrived at Yangon International Airport by special flights on 21, 22 and 23 October.
These devices will be distributed to voters, polling station staff and volunteers during the elections.
Up to 23 October, 5,768,000 KN95 masks, 250,400 protective face masks, 66,700 sets of PPE medical protective clothing and 4,500 boots have been imported.
Special flights for more stocks of COVID-19 medical supplies will land at Yangon and Mandalay international airports from 24 October to 3 November. —MNA (Translated by Aung Khin)
