a delegation of the Union Attorney-General Office attended the 40th session of UNCITRAL (United Nations Commission on International Trade Law) Working Group III held in Vienna of Austria via videoconferencing yesterday.
Working Group III implemented the Investor-State Dispute Settlement Reform project in 2017. The draft version of complaints between investors and state, settlement and decision, insurance for court expenses, fund of third-person/organization and definition on stipulations of agreements must be submitted to UNCITRAL Commission.
The member countries also discussed the work plans to finalize the project in 2025.
The Deputy Directors-General and Directors of the UAG Office also virtually joined the meeting. — MNA
