Deputy PM MoFA Union Minister receives UNHCR Representative to Myanmar

Deputy Prime Minister and Union Minister for Foreign Affairs U Than Swe received Ms Noriko Takagi, Representative of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) to Myanmar, yesterday at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Nay Pyi Taw.
During the meeting, they exchanged views on matters related to UNHCR’s ongoing activities in Myanmar as well as ways and means for further cooperation between the Government of Myanmar and the UNHCR.
Senior officials of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs were also present at the meeting. — MNA
