Detached houses selling well in Dagon Myothit (North)

Separate houses are sold in Dagon Myothit (North) Township, a part of Yangon development, according to the sources in the real estate market.
Currently, prices and transactions seem to be good in Dagon Myothit (North).
“In North Dagon, there are transactions at its own prices. Now, the price has increased a little. Some property owners refused to sell their separate houses. Only land plots without a house sell well in Dagon Myothit (North). At present, plots with separate houses are also selling at their own pace,” said an official from the Kyaw Property Company. Moreover, detached houses in Bahan township are also selling well.
“As in other townships, we also have transactions in Bahan township — especially detached houses in Bahan Golden Valley. Better houses sell better. They are land plots with a house. And separate houses in Yankin township are bought,” he said.
In the realty market in Yangon Region, there are townships that are not selling usually this year, but there are also townships that are selling well. The real estate market varies by location and township, said the agents. — Thit Taw/ZN
