DPM MoFA Union Minister receives Sri Lankan Ambassador

Deputy Prime Minister and Union Minister for Foreign Affairs of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar U Than Swe received Mr J M Janaka Priyantha Bandara, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka to the Republic of the Union of Myanmar, who has completed his tour of duty in Myanmar, yesterday at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Nay Pyi Taw.
During the call, they cordially exchanged views on matters pertaining to the further enhancement of the existing friendly bilateral relations, expansion of the mutually beneficial cooperation, including trade and investment, agriculture and education sectors between the two countries, as well as the regional and international issues of mutual interests. — MNA
