Educational trainees have to disseminate academic knowledge to students in assigned regions

State Administration Council Chairman Prime Minister Senior General Min Aung Hlaing warmly greets ethnic trainees attending Mandalay Education Degree College yesterday.
Trainees from various parts of the nation attending the degree college have to consider how to improve education in their regions.

Senior General Min Aung Hlaing gave guidance that ethnic trainees attending the education degree college need to teach their students to broaden knowledge actually and raise the high rates of changing students’ grades in order to accumulate educated human resources.
Chairman of the State Administration Council Prime Minister Senior General Min Aung Hlaing said so in his meeting with tutors, teachers and trainees at Mandalay Education Degree College of the Teacher Training Department under the Ministry of Education yesterday morning.
Principal Daw Moe Moe Kyi reported to the Senior General on facts about the degree college, academic matters and the needs of educational infrastructures.
Speaking at the meeting, the Senior General recounted that as the 2014 population and household census showed the weakness in the education sector of the country, these weaknesses must be addressed to build the State with better human resources by encouraging the education sector.
He continued that trainees from various parts of the nation attending the college have to consider and seek the best ways to improve the education standard of the people in their regions.
While attending the degree college, trainees need to discuss how to overcome the difficulties of their regions, he added.
The Senior General underscored that trainees must join the training sessions during the four-year period and must apply their experiences from the training in the practical fields.
He underlined that trainees should not feel lethargie about reading and continuously read for literary knowledge as they must teach students.
He noted that trainees can improve their assigned towns and villages with the use of their experiences and knowledge of social systems.
The Senior General highlighted that it is necessary to build a disciplined and systematic society to initiate the State with a strong multiparty democratic system. To do so, the trainees who would serve academic duties must collaborate on the emergence of the aforesaid society.
Taking lessons from the past events of the country, he urged those trainees to participate in shaping the future State through education.
The Senior General spotas lighted that trainees have to seek knowledge and educational techniques from the college to be able to strive for participation in the enhancement of the education sector of the State as well as to have success in their lives.
The Senior General and his wife presented public science treatises, fiction and non-fiction books for the library of the degree college and teaching aid to the principal.
