Egyptian Embassy to Myanmar hosts reception to mark 72nd Anniversary of National Day

Union Minister for Investment and Foreign Economic Relations Dr Kan Zaw attended the reception to mark the 72nd Anniversary of the National Day of the Arab Republic of Egypt at Park Royal Hotel in Yangon yesterday evening.
Egyptian Ambassador to Myanmar Mrs Aya Saad Mohamed Abdelkarim and officials welcomed attendees to the reception.
The reception was opened with the national anthems of Myanmar and Egypt.
The Ambassador and the Union Minister extended greetings and cut the cake to mark the National Day of Egypt.
The ambassador hosted a dinner for all dignitaries.
The reception was also attended by Union Minister for Agriculture, Livestock and Irrigation U Min Naung, Union Minister for Energy U Ko Ko Lwin, ambassadors from foreign missions in Yangon, Charges d’Affaires ai, resident representatives of UN agencies and guests. — MNA/TTA
