Fam trip underway to woo Chinese visitors

The Ministry of Hotels and Tourism is planning a familiarization trip to attract more visitors from China.
The ministry has scheduled the trip for January and will invite about 40 guests from Yunnan Province, including tour companies, media, influencers and bloggers. The trip is planned to inform potential visitors about travel conditions in Yangon, Bagan and Mandalay, and clear misconceptions surrounding Myanmar. — TWA/NT
