The “Film Production” free workshop, organized by the Pro Creative Centre (PCC) Arts and Media School, was held at the hall of the Film Development Centre in Bahan Township, Yangon.
A member of the Film Development Centre delivered an opening speech at the ceremony. The Chairperson of the Myanmar Motion Pictures Organization (MMPO), U Kyi Soe Tun also gave a speech. Director Win Tun Tun from Pro Creative Centre (PCC) provided an overview of the course. Then, Daw Swe Zin Htike lectured on “The Role of the Film Producer in the New Era,” and Director Win Tun Tun also presented a lecture on “The Art of Directing and Cinematography” during the workshop.
The course is designed for aspiring filmmakers seeking to explore the world of film arts. The Film Development Centre aims to foster the mental fortitude necessary for achieving artistic goals in young people who aspire to study and learn about the film industry through training, discussion, and connection.
