Both Myanmar citizens and foreigners can buy tickets for Myanmar National Airlines’ international flights in kyats through MNA offices and travel agents.
Through MAI and Mingalar’s B2B platform, agents are informed that international flights can be booked in kyats instead of US dollars starting from 1 August 2024.
