Four exceptional civil appeals passed judgement and 6 cases heard

A special appeal tribunal consisting of Chief Justice of the Union U Htun Htun Oo and Judges of the Supreme Court of the Union U Myo Tint, U Myo Maung, U Khin Maung Kyi, and Daw Khin May Yi, was convened yesterday morning at the Supreme Court of the Union and passed judgements for four exceptional civil appeals, No. 100/2019 (Taninthayi), 101/2019 (Mandalay), 102/2019 (Mandalay) and 104/2019 (Yangon).
In addition, a total of six special appeals, special appeal No. 5/2020 (Mandalay), 9/2020 (Kachin), 10/2020 (Mon), 1/2021 (Yangon), 2/2021 (Yangon) and 3/2021 (Mandalay) were heard under the COVID-19 prevention and control guidelines. —MNA
