Free vaccination programme aims to eradicate preventable disease

Health staff of Zabuthiri Township have been visiting rural areas to vaccinate children under one-and-a-half years old and pregnant mothers in an effort to reduce the number of deaths from preventable diseases.
On Thursday, midwife Daw San San Myint of Shadaw rural health branch vaccinated the children and expectant mothers against measles, polio, TB and BCG free of charge.
