Gems Emporium sells 1,250 jade lots on 4th day

Gems Emporium in Nay Pyi Taw could sell 1,250 jade lots in Myanmar currency through an open tender system on the fourth day of the event yesterday.
Attended by over 2,000 local gems merchants, the emporium at Mani Yadana Jade Hall will continue till 7 January, and has already sold out a total of 1,192 jade lots from 2 to 5 January.
The fourth-day event was visited by Deputy Minister for Natural Resources and Environmental Conservation Dr Ye Myint Swe and senior officials to view the sales.— Mawsi (MNA)
