Get set to resurge smokeless factories in Myanmar in future

Article

Natural lands with panoramic views are very important to attract local and foreign travellers to the tourism sector. A large number of beautiful and pleasant natural lands scatter the length and breadth of the nation.
Plans are underway to shape Putao, PyinOoLwin, Haka, Thantaunggyi and Kalaw as the hill resort stations in the country. Among them, Kalaw, located on the trade route between southern Shan State and plain regions, was a hill station in the colonial era.
Local people are responsible for the preservation of ancient cultural heritages such as forest reserves, pine forests, orange plantations, tea plantations, some ancient buildings of the colonial era, the railway and Kalaw station built by Portuguese prisoners of war in World War II.
In fact, these ancient cultural heritages are capital investments to be used for a resurgence of the tourism services in Kalaw. Moreover, local people need to decorate the routes leading to the city with the natural scenic beauties with the trees which bear beautiful flowers such as pine, oak, gold mohur and cherry in order to catch the eyes of the travellers.
The city must be filled with natural beauties and created beauties for winning the heart of travellers. With regard to the created beauties, arrangements are being made to operate the train linked with the locomotive using pieces of coal for generating energy along the route between Myintaik and Heho centring at Kalaw. Surely, the coal-fired locomotive is very rare to cross the world, attracting international tourists. Not only the coal-fired locomotive but the Kalaw railway station will be tourist attractions in the city.
Everybody knows income from the tourism industry can be spent on development tasks. As a Myanmar saying goes: ‘the pleasant house attracts guest’, the residents wishing to attract the travellers need to green and beautify the pine forest land with clean roads, drains and streaming of springs to be created as pleasant area. If so, the land of Kalaw will be famous across the world.
Myanmar gets ready to launch the tourism services in the post-COVID-19 period with the attractions of hill stations in Shan, Chin and Kayin states to catch the attention of the travellers. Destinations grant the travellers at home and abroad for satisfying their tours of sites decorated with natural and artificial works.
