Golf Tournament for professionals to be held on 30 August

The Golf Open Junior and Professional Golf Tournament organized by the Myanmar Golf Federation will be held at the Yangon Golf Course (Danyingon) in Yangon on 30 and 31 August 2022.
The competition will include professional level and junior level competition under 14 years of age, under 18 men’s and women’s competitions. The tournament will be held according to the St. Andrews Rules of Golf and local rules, said Myanmar Golf Federation officials. Professional level and junior golf athletes from all over Myanmar will participate in the tournament said the federation officials. All competing players are not allowed to ride Buggy. Green and caddy fees of the players will be covered by the tournament committee. Cart rental and caddy by name will be charged according to the players’ plan. The competition entry fee is set as free, officials said.—GNLM
