The government is actively working to repatriate Myanmar nationals who are facing difficulties overseas. By collaborating closely with the Myanmar Consulate-General and relevant foreign embassies, authorities are committed to ensuring the safe return of citizens encountering problems abroad.
Recently, the Myanmar Consulate-General coordinated with the appropriate authorities in Dubai to repatriate Ma Khin Khin Lwin Aung, a Myanmar citizen who had experienced difficulties in Dubai, the UAE. She arrived back in Yangon at 10:15 pm on 18 September, following a flight from Dubai.
The government, along with Myanmar embassies and consulates-general, remains dedicated to assisting nationals who face challenges while working abroad.
