Great babysitters are needed for twin sisters

Perspectives

[dropcap font=”0″]M[/dropcap]yanmar and Thailand have agreed on the establishment of twin provinces or sister provinces to foster a closer relationship between the key bordering provinces. Under the agreement, three provinces of  Myanmar— Kentung, Myeik and Kawthaung—and Chiang Mai, Prachuap Khiri Khan and Ranong of Thailand will be declared sister provinces.
The nature of twin relationship is a form of legal and social agreement between towns, cities, counties, oblasts, prefectures, provinces, regions, states, and even countries in geographically and politically distinct areas to promote cultural and commercial ties.
Such movement was established by Dwight D.Eisenhower, the 34th President of the United States from 1953 until 1961 after the Second World War to set up people-to-people connections-citizen diplomacy, and thus cement the peace.
Many cities across the world have entered into relationships or partnerships with other cities called sister cities. State leaders have some idea behind forming a sister city partnership to forge cultural and commercial ties between two different areas of the globe. Sister city partnerships always involved local governments, but they can also include local businesses and citizens.
What the most important is the twin sisters will need great babysitters who can fully take care of the former. The latter are responsible for nurturing both sisters without bias. Systematic plans for short and long terms are required to overcome some challenges and to ensure peaceful coexistence at both sides.
