Union Minister for Health and Sports Dr Myint Htwe held a video conference with frontline health workers and officials from Kayin State, Mon State and Taninthayi Region, discussing measures for accepting returnees from Thailand and China and for prevention and containment of the COVID-19 disease. Speaking at the meeting, the Union Minister called for systematic project plans for prevention and containment of COVID-19 disease in preparation for accepting Myanmar migrant workers from Thailand.
