Healthcare services provided at military hospitals

The Tatmadaw medics and nurses have provided medical services to the patients in regions and states at the military hospitals and temporary treatment centres to date.

The medical team offered treatments to a total of 72,778 outpatients and 4,013 inpatients since 5 February to date.
The surgeons performed 5,063 surgical operations — 3,296 major operations and 1,767 minor operations. Moreover, the 4,709 expectant mothers who face difficulties were admitted to military hospitals and these hospitals managed for the birth of 4,709 babies.

The officials from the respective commands also provided the patients with foods and awarded the healthcare staff.

Tatmadaw medical team provides healthcare services to locals

The Tatmadaw medical teams currently provide healthcare services to the resident patients at the station hospitals and public hospitals in their respective military commands.

The Tatmadaw medical team provided healthcare-related services such as surgery, dental and oral healthcare, osteoporosis, obstetrics, gynaecology, hypertension and heart disease to the patients at the station hospitals in Thazi, Hanza, Yinmabin in Meiktila District of Mandalay Region, including at Tagaung station hospital in Thabeikkyin Township, Kyauktaga and Donzayit hospitals in Shwegyin Township of Bago Region and Latpadan township general hospital.

The commanders of respective region commands inspected the medical services for the local populace and comforted the patients. The military officials also provided food aids and instructed the necessary things. The residents are satisfied with the medical supports of Tatmadaw. —MNA
