Help the future of persons with disabilities be brighter

The Universe as well as the globe is concerned with all living beings, especially humans. Nobody should discriminate against anyone based on disability or ability, gender, age, religion and skin colour with regard to residing in the world.
Everybody needs to give a helping hand to each other without discrimination of disability, blindness, deaf and dumb and so on. If so, they all will participate in the activities of building the nation with peace and prosperity. Reciprocally, the peaceful and prosperous nation will strive for the uplift of the socioeconomic life of those persons.
It was reported that the Rehabilitation Department and the Monetary Supervision Department are to jointly disburse the K3 billion capital fund for persons with disabilities without waste to the microfinance organizations under the three-year short-term loan plan so as to increase the fund. The increased fund must be spent on education, health, social and welfare of the persons with disabilities to benefit the disabled persons.

All in all, it is necessary to uplift the living standard of persons with disabilities as much as possible without setting them aside the society by providing vocational training to them so as to operate their own businesses. If so, their future will continuously be brighter.

The loan disbursement committee, the loan scrutiny body and loan supervisory bodies are formed under the control of the national committee for rights of the persons with disabilities. It is necessary to organize workshops for persons with disabilities and their organizations so as to implement the socio-economic life enhancement and drawing of rules and regulations for the increased fund.
It is important for persons with disabilities to have vocational education, job opportunities and their own income to be able to live with prestige and dependence. To increase job opportunities for persons with disabilities, it is necessary to raise knowledge and awareness of the law regarding the rights of persons with disabilities, the rules and the quota process to industrial zone committees, entrepreneurs and managers.
In the history of persons with disabilities, although sports aim to primarily have health and fitness, victories in sports competitions help uplift the prestige of the State and the people in the international community.
Myanmar athletes with disabilities are capable and uplifting the prestige of the State. As such, the Prime Minister himself deservedly honoured them. As a master plan for the sports arena, efforts must be made for turning out the new generation of disabled athletes.
All in all, it is necessary to uplift the living standard of persons with disabilities as much as possible without setting them aside the society by providing vocational training to them so as to operate their own businesses. If so, their future will continuously be brighter.
