under the supervision of Small-Scale Industries Department, Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Irrigation, a high quality food production course concluded in Mudon, Mon State, yesterday afternoon.
During the closing ceremony, Deputy Director of the Mon State Small-Scale Industries Department Daw Nwe Nwe Wah briefed about the aim of the course, which represented systematic use of chemicals in food production and to encourage family-type small-scale food production, which can promote the country’s socio-economic development to some extent.
The course was attended by 25 attendees and trainers Daw Hnin Nanda Hlaing and Daw Thu Thu San.
The course included 23 kinds of food production, such as juice, wine, sauce, cookies and other snacks.
