The government implements seven prioritized projects of ASEAN and Myanmar technological working groups for the repatriation processes of refugees in Rakhine State as per the recommendations in Preliminary Needs Assessment-PN of the ASEAN Emergency Response and Assessment Team.
The officials conducted a field study on getting the May Yu FM radio in Maung Ni Ward of Maungtaw Township of Rakhine State yesterday.
U Oo Soe Lwin, head of the Maungtaw District IPRD office explained the survey and the department staff collected the data following the COVID-19 health rules. They then gave presents to the participants in the survey.
A total of 400 residents from Maung Ni Ward joined the survey.
U Adhu Raman said the locals are satisfied with the May Yu FM broadcasting of local and international news, information regarding the repatriation of refugees, COVID-19 information, vaccination processes, health news and songs with clear voices and also suggested broadcasting the activities of State leaders and other knowledgeable things. — District IPRD
