ISPE, Young Lionesses make big wins in Myanmar Women’s League

The first day of the 2022 Myanmar Women’s League tournament 12 continued on 19 November, and ISPE and Young Lionesses made big wins.
The ISPE team beat the Sports and Physical Education team by six goals in the match held at Thuwunna Training Ground 1. ISPE, the current champion, is focused on playing the remaining games to defend the title and make big wins.
The winning goals for ISPE were scored by Khin Malar Tun in the 4th and 40th minutes, Hayman Soe in the 27th minute, Yin Loon Eain in the 44th minute, Shwe Yee Tun in the 81st minute, and Hnin Pwint Aye in the 86th minute.
Defending champion ISPE has 28 points from 10 matches while the Sports and Physical Education team has 12 points from 10 matches.
The Young Lionesses defeated the Taninthayi team by four goals in the match held on the artificial turf in Bahan. The Young Lionesses scored their third win of the season after scoring a single goal in the first half and three consecutive goals in the second half to claim a big win.
The Young Lionesses scored the winning goals in the 20th and 60th minutes, Aku Muyan in the 66th minute and Chan Myae Tun in the 87th minute. The Young Lionesses team has scored nine points in 10 games, while the Taninthayi team has yet to collect points with 11 losses in 11 games.
