Kuwaiti Ambassador calls on DPM & MoFA Union Minister

Deputy Prime Minister and Union Minister for Foreign Affairs U Than Swe receives the Kuwaiti ambassador yesterday.

Deputy Prime Minister and Union Minister for Foreign Affairs U Than Swe received Mr Mubarak M A Aladwani, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the State of Kuwait to the Republic of the Union of Myanmar yesterday in Nay Pyi Taw.
During the call, they cordially exchanged views on matters pertaining to the further enhancement of the existing friendly bilateral relations, mutually beneficial cooperation in the areas including trade and investment, energy and labour, implementation of the existing bilateral agreements and resumption of ongoing negotiations for future cooperation agreements, and enhancement of collaboration both in the regional and multilateral arenas, particularly under the frameworks of ASEAN-the Gulf Cooperation Council and the United Nations. — MNA
