Local people receive COVID jabs in Mongyai Township

Health officials gave the first and second doses of COVID-19 vaccines to above 18-year-old people at Nangai Hall and Mangphyat rural health branch in Mongyai Township, northern Shan State yesterday.
A total of 25 people received the second dose of COVID vaccines and 90 people got the first dose of COVID jabs at the same time, according to the COVID-19 Prevention, Control and Treatment Committee of Mongyai Township.
Chairman of the township administration body U Soe Min Aung and members of the body and healthcare workers assisted in the vaccination, officials said. — Kyaw Zin Htike/GNLM
