MAI operates cargo flights to Kolkata, Bangkok, KL, Singapore

The Myanmar Airways International (MAI) will start operating Boeing 737-400 Freighter cargo flights between Yangon and Kolkata, Bangkok, Kuala Lumpur and Singapore starting from 28 September.
It will fly the Yangon-Kolkata-Yangon flight on 28 September and 4 October and the Yangon-Bangkok-Yangon flight every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.
It will serve the Yangon-Kuala Lumpur-Yangon route every Wednesday and the Yangon-Singapore-Yangon route on 13 October.
The MNA leased new Boeing 737-400 cargo aircraft from Malaysia and it arrived in Myanmar on 15 September. The new cargo flight can carry 18 tonnes of cargo. — ASH/KTZH
