MFF conducts referee workshop for 2020 football season

With the aim of improving the capability of Myanmar referees and assistant referees, the MFF Class-2 Men Referees and Assistant Referees Workshop for 2020 Football Season was held yesterday in the press conference hall of the Thuwunna Football Stadium in Yangon.
The workshop was organized through a collaboration between the Myanmar Football Federation and the referee committee of the MFF
The opening ceremony for the workshop was attended by MFF counsellor U Bunny Tin Aung, MFF general secretary U Ko Ko Thein, referee committee in-charge U Hla Min, and officials from the football federation and referee committee.
MFF general secretary U Ko Ko Thein gave the opening speech at the workshop. It was followed by a speech by the supervisor of the MFF referee committee, U Hla Tin.
Four referee supervisors, and 35 referees and assistant referees attended the workshop and discussed future plans and their role in improving the standard of football in Myanmar, according to the Myanmar Football Federation.—Lynn Thit (Tgi)
